- Electrical System – panels, wiring, receptacles, safety devices (GFI Protection)
- Interior – walls, ceilings, doors, windows, kitchen (operate appliances), fireplace
- Heating – heating system, piping, distribution
- Attic Space – ventilation and insulation
- Air conditioning system – compressor, air handler, distribution, ductwork
